I have had the pleasure of painting many commissioned pieces for those who see my
work, are drawn to my style, and want a custom painting that I create just for them.
Many of my commissions have been for those who want an original painting of their
beloved animal companion. I would be happy to paint and frame a portrait of your
pet for you. My pet portraits are detailed and vibrant, and I strive to capture your
animal friend in a way that will be a true commemoration. I’ll simply need several
good photos and your input on what setting/background you would like in the painting.

Another client wanted paintings based on the hymn called “The Friendly Beasts”, so
I did a different painting for each stanza - I really enjoy the challenge of putting
an image to words, be it a poem, a line in a book, or lyrics in a song.
I’ve also painted the greens for a golfer who wanted to celebrate his three ‘holes-in-one’,
which is a great gift idea for any golfer who may want his or her hole-in-one green
or favorite course painted and beautifully framed.
And now and then I create a painting of someone’s home, and make prints and greeting
cards for them to give out to family members - a great way to keep the memory of
one’s family home close to them, especially if they’ve moved away.
